Custom Orders will be open to 2 customers per week, limited to 2 bracelets per customer.
Even if you're requesting for 2 bracelets, please only submit 1 custom order request slip.
Price will start from $35 per bracelet.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR OUT OF STOCK CRYSTALS (refer to list below).
Kindly note that henmeidewill not be replicating any designs from past curated collections in order to maintain exclusivity.
henmeide takes great care and pride in crafting a unique piece of crystal bracelet for you while staying true to the brand's identity. Therefore, please only order a customised piece if you'd like a henmeide-styled bracelet.
henmeide reserves the right to reject your requests should they not be in compliance with our regulations and aesthetics.
Once you send in your request, henmeide will review it first. Please note that there is no guarantee your request will be accepted. Should your custom request be accepted, you will be contacted directly via Instagram DM to discuss your bracelet style and ascertain the full pricing.
Upon confirmation, you will be given an order slip. Full payment is to be made within 1 hour. Should payment not be made on time, your request will be forfeited in order to give others a chance for customisation.
All requests are entertained on a first-come-first-served basis.
Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for your bracelets to be crafted and cleansed. All bracelets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

1. Please include the following info in your checkout note:
a. your Instagram username
b. what kind of crystals you want (for the kinds of crystals I have in my collection, please refer to my Instagram page. For a list of out-of-stock beads, refer to the list above)
c. if you'd like gold or silver embellishments
d. if you'd like to include charms
e. your actual wrist size
f. your desired bracelet measurement
2. Make sure you already have your bracelet measurement ready. Kindly note that your bracelet will be made according to the measurement you provide. henmeide will not be responsible for error in measurement.
Step 1. Wrist Measurement Using a measuring tape or a piece of string, wrap it around the portion of your wrist where you usually wear a bracelet.
Step 2. Bracelet Measurement Add one of the following fit measurement to your Wrist Measurement.

[ henmeide highly recommends a slight size up for the Magnet Clasp Bracelet so that the clasp will not bite your skin when you wear it. Of course, if you prefer a very snug fit, please exercise discretion when wearing it. ]
M E A S U R E M E N T E X A M P L E > I prefer a snug fit with zero movements on my wrist. E.g., My Wrist Measurement is 15.2cm. My Elastic Bracelet Measurement will be 15.2cm + 0.8cm = 16cm.

Fit measurements are subjective.
The above is simply a range for you to add. Depending on the size of the crystal bead and the number of metal components used, please allow ± 0.3-0.5cm variation for each crystal bead bracelet.
Double check your Bracelet Measurement by setting your measuring tape/string to the Bracelet Measurement. Then, wrap it around your wrist to see if you like the fit.

Gently roll your bracelet in and out your wrist when wearing or removing it. Be careful not to pull or tug at your bracelet. All henmeide Magnet Clasp Bracelets come with a minimally 5cm safety chain. Simply open the magnet clasp and gently roll the bracelet onto your wrist when wearing it.
C A R E >
As your jewelry consists of genuine natural crystals and metals, avoid exposure to open flames, sulfur, chlorinated water, perfumes, cosmetics, and household chemical products. Keep your jewelry with the little black anti-tarnish tab provided in your order in your favourite jewelry box or an airtight zip bag. Don’t worry if you forget
to remove your jewelry in the shower or when washing your hands (it happens). Use a paper towel to absorb any moisture and air dry.
C L E A N >
Do not wash your henmeide jewelry with water and soap. Use a dry paper towel or a lint-free cloth to clean the surface. To get into the nooks and crannies of your jewelry, use a Q-Tip to lightly pick up any debris. Be careful with the jewelry's elastic thread or wire. Do not rush through this step.
M E T A P H Y S I C A L C L E A N S I N G > All jewelry pieces can be cleansed with Sage and Palo Santo, and charged with the crystal Selenite. As different crystals have different reactions to sunlight, please check with your trusted crystal practitioner if your crystal is suitable for sunlight-charging.

henmeide is committed to ensuring that your jewelry piece is something you'd love, cherish and wear often. As elastic bracelets tend to stretch over time, you should send your jewelry back for a restring to prevent any unforeseen breakage.
