Orders are fulfilled in small batches, with each piece made to your measurements.

Most orders are completed within 1–3 weeks. Timelines reflect the nature of the work rather than volume.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the courier’s schedule.

All orders are packed and shipped from Singapore once the item is complete.

Complimentary domestic delivery (Singapore) is provided for orders above SGD 100. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Within Singapore
Tracked delivery via SingPost SmartPac. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.

Outside Singapore
Tracked international delivery via SingPost. Estimated delivery time is 14 to 21 working days.

Malaysia: SGD 10
Australia: SGD 15
Rest of the world: SGD 20
