Gently roll your bracelet along your wrist when wearing or removing it. Be careful not to pull or tug at your bracelet. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, or perfumes.

Store pieces separately to prevent abrasion. Avoid enclosed, humid environments for extended periods. Keep your jewelry with the little black anti-tarnish tab provided in every order. We recommend storing it in your favourite jewelry box or an airtight zip bag.

Wipe gently with a dry soft cloth after wear. Avoid soap, ultrasonic cleaners and abrasive materials. To get into the nooks and crannies of your jewelry, use a Q-Tip to lightly pick up any debris. Clean minimally when in doubt.

Natural stones may vary in colour and surface over time. Designed to withstand humidity and delay tarnishing for lasting wear, precious metals (with the exception of solid gold) may oxidise depending on environment and frequency of wear. For silver only, use a polishing cloth to bring back its shine.

As elastic bracelets tend to stretch over time, it is highly recommended to send your pieces back for a restring to prevent any unforeseen breakage. Repairs and adjustments are offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on materials and construction.
