How do I place an order?
Select your piece, choose your preferred options if applicable, and provide your wrist measurement before checkout. All pieces are made to other unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your details carefully before confirming checkout. You may contact us if you wish to modify your measurements or shipping details.
How do I know which size to choose?
Measure your wrist at the point you prefer the bracelet to sit, then add ease based on the bracelet type. A detailed guide is available on our Sizing guide.
What if I am between sizes?
If you prefer a closer fit, size down. If you prefer movement or stacking, size up. When unsure, choose comfort fit.
Are the crystals natural?
Yes. We work with natural, authentic, non-treated crystals. Variations in colour, shape, and surface are expected and preserved.
Do you take customisations?
Unfortunately we're not open to customisations.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping. Store pieces separately and clean gently with a soft cloth after wear.
Do you offer repairs?
Repairs and adjustments are offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on materials and construction. Contact us with photos and a short description for assessment.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 weeks. Shipping begins once the item is complete. Delivery timelines vary by location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are shipped via tracked delivery. Estimated delivery time is 14 to 21 working days.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
All items are final sale. Exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are not offered. A full refund is issued only in the event of stock unavailability due to inventory error.
